KabuK Style's travel subscription service, "HafH," has introduced a new feature called "Travel Stories," which allows users to share their travel experiences and provide travel inspiration to others. Since its trial launch in June 2024, the feature has received approximately 5,000 user submissions and has increased user engagement and enthusiasm for contributing through a rewards program. This function has not only received positive feedback from users but also high praise from hotel operators, who believe it helps enhance the attractiveness of hotels and regions.
Furthermore, the company plans to hold "HafH Travel Week" in Kyoto in March 2025. This event aims to further activate the use of the "Travel Stories" feature and promote innovation in the travel industry. Over the five-day event, there will be opportunities to facilitate direct interaction between users and hotel operators, and a series of new product updates are expected to be announced during the main event. This will not only increase interaction among users but also enrich and deepen the overall travel experience.
